Biography:

Rick Winner manages and advises the firm’s planning and project management functions.  Rick has the ability to quickly identify the clients’ objectives and directs the planning and design teams to meet those requirements.  He has a keen awareness of how budgets and schedules impact client goals, continually striving to exceed expectations.  Providing customer focus and building strong, long-term client relationships is one of Rick’s best assets.

Rick brings over 40 years experience from a top 20 Fortune 500 Company.  Formally in charge of Design and Construction for New York City, Westchester, Long Island, New York State, and at various points, up and down the Eastern Seaboard, Rick managed staff and construction for over $250M annually. 

Following the events of 9/11, Rick was responsible for restoring phone service and relocating thousands of displaced employees throughout Manhattan.  He supervised teams of project managers and architectural/engineering firms in delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and on budget.  Most recently, Rick was point in negotiating, sales, and re-design of buildings that would accommodate residential and commercial condominium tenants, among existing telecommunications equipment.

Throughout Rick’s career, he has received multiple nominations and excellence awards for his work. He has extensive experience in directing projects from telecommunications to administrative and corporate executive space.  Rick’s overall experience and architectural knowledge in the Architectural/Engineering & construction industry are what makes him the most valuable asset NSA has to date.
