Ray Nemschick manages the firms’ design and marketing functions.  His keen sense and ability to see the “big picture” is what sets Ray apart from the industry.  His firm belief and business first attitude applied to each and every project instill ultimate confidence to clientele.   Ray’s belief and commitment to overall budget and ultimate completion deadlines are critical to Nemschick Silverman’s’ continued success.

Ray brings over 30 years’ experience in the design and construction industry.  From his beginnings in medical architecture; interning for a nationally renowned design firm; through the ultimate restoration and rebuild of a 40-story 1926 landmark hi-rise, in downtown Manhattan, directly affected by the events of 9/11.    Ray’s technical experience with Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure projects from high-rise thru institutional and educational facilities provides a bridge to the gap of Architecture and Engineering.
