Lawrence Silverman manages the firms’ financial and administrative functions, coordinating all aspects with the company operations. Lawrence identifies both the business objectives and the technical requirements of each project with the project managers; he then allocates internal resources to meet those requirements. He coordinates the team in charge of project schedules, construction budgets and quality control. Ultimately, he ensures that each project meets the clients’ objectives and maintains an ongoing strong client relationship.
Lawrence brings over 30 years’ experience in the design and construction industry, having worked on both sides of the development line: Design and Construction. With extensive practical experience working for General Contractors and Construction Managers in addition to his practical experience within the architectural community, he has molded himself into a well-rounded advisor, suitable to service clients of all types. Over the past several years, he has gained extensive knowledge of high-rise corporate facilities, their infrastructure and applicability for Local laws. He is fully familiar with preparation of master plans, building analysis studies and due diligence reports.
